Directions
For optimum results use 2-4 servings of Pharma-Whey daily. Ideally, use 1 serving 60-90 minutes prior to intense exercise, followed by 1-2 servings immediately upon completion of intense exercise. For a high-protein shake, providing 30 grams of protein: Add 1 ½ servings (1 ½ scoops) of Pharma-Whey to 200-250ml of ice cold water or 250ml of milk (only 1 scoop required in milk) and mix in a Shaker or Blender.
