Directions for use

Because of M-drols extreme potency, we only recommend people to run it for 3 to 4 weeks. Starting off at 1 capsule per day, after 1 week possibly going up to 2 capsules per day. However most people will stay at 1 capsule for 4 weeks allowing for 2-3 full cycles to be used from 1 bottle. 

M-Drol is best used in conjunction with a very high protein intake and a high volume intense training routine.
